Professional Objectives:

      1.) Objective: Assist on producing the quarterly talent yearbook until obtaining completion of the final product.

Activities/Research: Meet with supervisors to discuss their wants as far as formatting and subject matter, review work samples of previous yearbooks, and use internet as well as internal company resources to research up-to-date information and pictures.

Evidence: Although the talent yearbook is a strictly internal document that I do not have the authority to release, in my portfolio I will include statistics about the yearbook itself and how it impacts the company as well as provide a template of what one of the pages are organized to look like.

2.) Objective: Create my own gifting portfolio to highlight all of the gifts that I have personally worked on/sent out for our talent gifting program. 

Activities/ Research: First and foremost, make sure that I can thoroughly use our gifting database. Once I receive a gift request in our database, work with my supervisors to execute the request properly to their approval and the talent managers liking. Take time to research good quality products when ordering out-of-house/personalized gifts. When working with in-house/on-site gifts, make sure the presentation in wrapping/packaging is done well.

Evidence: Take pictures of as many of the gifts that I worked on as possible. Next to each picture, give a quick synopsis of the gift while making sure not to enclose the talent to whom the gift was being sent to/for. Additionally, chart vendors we frequently use as well as vendors we used for unique gifts.


3.) Objective: To effectively and efficiently conduct numerous informational interviews with an array of professionals throughout the company.

Activities/Research: Meet with supervisor to discuss strategy, attend meetings within the organization to create a face-to-face connection that will help when networking, seek professional mentors willing to dedicate time to my interviews, set up and conduct the informational interviews with professionals or co-workers.

Evidence: Within my portfolio I will include logs or journal entries of all the professionals within the different departments that I interviewed. As well as, detailed reports of what was discussed.
